On higher dimensional gravity: the Lagrangian, its dimensional reduction and a cosmological model
Abstract
A brief introduction is given to the theory of higher dimensional gravity described by the Lovelock Lagrangian. After studying its dimensional reduction, a cosmological model is discussed where the internal space is the Euclidian n-torus.
