The nonstationary photogravitational twobody problem in terms of the GuldenMeshcherskiiJeans problem
Abstract
It is demonstrated that the equations of motion of the unperturbed nonstationary photogravitational twobody problem can be reduced to the GuldenMeshcherskiiJeans equations. This interpretation makes it possible to apply Meshcherskii's coordinatetime transformations to the equations, which reduces the nonstationary nonperturbed photogravitational problem to the stationary one in the presence of two perturbing forces, thrust force and centrifugal force. The proposed theory is applied to interplanetary micrometeoroid particles subject to degradation under the effect of cosmic factors, conditioning the nonstationarity of the problem.
