Negative viscosity in global circulations
Abstract
Published studies of negative viscosity (NV) are briefly reviewed. It is noted that NV can explain a number of peculiar phenomena connected with the global circulations on the Sun, Jupiter, Saturn as well as in the Earth's atmosphere and ocean, and in the upper layers of the Venus atmosphere.
