Vortex interaction with a twinning boundary in a superconductor
Abstract
Various mechanisms of interaction between vortices and a twinning boundary are considered from the standpoint of the Ginzburg-Landau equations. It is shown that, under certain conditions, the pinning force may be a nonmonotonous function of the temperature.
