Selfsimilar solutions to the nonlinear heat conduction equations with distributed parameters in the case of constant heat conductivity
Abstract
The order of the heatconduction equation with distributed parameters can be reduced by introducing the corresponding selfsimilar variable. It is proved here that no solution exists for the resulting selfsimilar boundaryvalue problem for an ordinary differential equation in the case of constant heat conductivity.
