Kinetic equation for a one-particle distribution function
Abstract
A generalized kinetic equation for a one-particle distribution function is obtained which, in addition to a term describing relaxation in momentum space, also contains terms describing the spatial-temporal behavior of the binary density and binary flow of particles in configurational space (i.e., quantities that directly characterize structural relaxation). The kinetic equation presented here can be used for studying transfer phenomena and elastic properties of classical (both dielectric and conducting) fluids.
