A new analytical base model of a high-temperature equation of state for dense gases and liquids
Abstract
An analytical base model is developed theoretically for a high-temperature equation of state for a fluid with an exponential repulsive interaction potential. For such a system, analytical expressions for the effective diameter, free energy, compressibility, and internal energy are obtained in the context of a high-temperature approximation of the Weeks-Chandler-Anderson thermodynamic perturbation theory.
