Magnetic properties of hexagonal Fe-based semimagnetic semiconductors
Abstract
The energetical structure of Fe-Fe pair in hexagonal symmetry is calculated taking into account Heisenberg-type d-d exchange interaction and spin-orbit interaction. Basing on that we calculate subsequently magnetic properties of hexagonal Fe-based Semimagnetic Semiconductors in Extended Nearest Neighbour Pair Approximation. Comparison with available data for CdFeSe is presented.
