Magnet-sensitive solid-state transducers with new elements
Abstract
As reported by Huang (1980), four kinds of new magnet-sensitive solid-state transducers have been developed on the basis of novel magnetic-diode couples and magnetic transistors. They are (1) a single-magnetic-transistor transducer, (2) a magnetic-diode-couple transducer, (3) a magnetic-diode/magnetic-transistor combined transducer, and (4) a bridge circuit for a double magnetic-diode-couple transducer. Their practical circuits are introduced in this paper. Their performance is tested experimentally and compared in the form of experimental curves and empirical formulas. These four transducers are found to be superior in multifunction and universality, especially in the ability to measure very low speed.
