The mobility of polarons with strong coupling in one-dimensional and three-dimensional crystals with allowance for phonon dispersion
Abstract
The mobility of polarons with strong coupling in conducting polymers and other quasi-one-dimensional conductors is investigated. The interaction between electrons and optical phonons is examined. The mobility of polarons in three-dimensional crystals is analyzed with allowance for optical-phonon dispersion. The energy spectrum of an acoustic polaron in one-dimensional conductors is studied.
