Current carrier transport bands in thin-film carbazole-containing semiconductors sensitized by trinitrofluorenone
Abstract
The hole and electron transport energy bands in thin films of poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole and a copolymer of epoxypropylcarbazole with butylglycidyl ester sensitized by trinitrofluorenone are determined experimentally using photoemission spectroscopy. Spectral dependences of the stationary photocurrent density of the monopolar injection of electrons and holes are presented.
