Coherent radio emission during the neutrino sounding of the earth
Abstract
The synchrotron radiation of an electromagnetic cascade in quartz sand is considered. The detection threshold of radio-frequency emission is estimated, and a detector for the radio registration of neutrino beams is proposed. The detector consists of noise-shielded half-wave dipole antennas buried in the quartz sand.
