Simulating simple supersymmetric field theories
Abstract
Using hybrid differential equations and fermion fields represented by stochastic noise, we simulate SU(2) lattice gauge theory with a variable number N_{f} of Majorana fermions in the adjoint representation of the gauge group. For N_{f} = 1, the continuum limit of the lattice theory is the supersymmetric YangMills model. For N_{f = 0, 1 and 4} we find chiral symmetry breaking and hierarchal mass scales.
