Gamma-activation method for determining the oxygen-to-copper ratio in high-Tc superconductors
Abstract
The paper describes a gamma-activation technique which can determine the oxygen-to-copper ratio in high-Tc superconductors with an error of 1 percent. Measurement results are presented for La(2-x)Sr(x)CuO(y) specimens. In various specimens, the oxygen index was found to vary from 3.6 to 4.4.
