Superconductivity-transition temperature in amorphous films
Abstract
An analysis is made of experiments in which the suppression of the superconductivity transition in homogeneous amorphous films (e.g., Mo-Ge) was observed. It is shown that a correct description of this efffect requires the use of renormalization-group equations. It is demonstrated that the available experimental data are explained well by the dependence of the transition temperature on R-square obtained using these equations.
