Organic polymer ferromagnet
Abstract
An organic polymer ferromagnetic preparation with a transition metal impurity content well below the level likely to significantly affect its magnetic properties is studied. Results are presented for the kinetics of thermal polymerization and the magnetization of the polymers over a broad temperature range. It is found that all the organic polymer ferromagnet samples can be conditionally subdivided into three groups: paramagnetic polymers, spin glasses, and real polymer ferromagnets.
