Microwave bulk integrated circuits - A basis for analog and digital radio electronic equipment
Abstract
Physical and mathematical models of microwave bulk integrated circuits (BMICs) are examined, and attention is given to hybrid BMIC designs, and the application of acoustic and magnetostatic waves. The realization of analog-digital processing systems on the basis of BMICs is considered along with the flexible CADAM of radio-electronic equipment on the basis of BMICs.
