On the detection performance of the moving window radar integrator
Abstract
The detection performance of the moving window integrator, in the three configurations: a) binary, b) analog, c) weighted analog, has been evaluated in various operating conditions. This has allowed an accurate assessment of the beamshape and quantization losses. One of the results is that a weighting of the moving window integrator matched to the antenna pattern does not significantly improve the detection.
