Dependence of the exciton polariton reflectivity spectrum of InP upon hydrostatic pressure
Abstract
We present an investigation of the reflectivity spectrum of InP, at pumped liquid helium temperature, using hydrostatic pressures ranging up to 7 kbar. We resolve n = 1 and n = 2 excitonic levels and deduce a change in Rydberg energy of about 3% kbar -1.
