The ν1 + ν2 vibration-rotation band of D 12CP and evidence for Fermi resonance in the [100,002] diad
The spectrum of the 11 10-000 band of DCP has been recorded in the region extending from 2890 to 2980 cm -1. Relative calibration was made using ground state combination differences of lines in the band itself. Spectroscopic constants for the 11 10 level have been computed. Discrepancy between x12 values derived independently suggests a downward displacement of the 100 vibration-rotation levels caused by Fermi resonance with the 002 levels.
