Short-circuit current of polycrystalline silicon solar cells with respect to grain size and grain-boundary recombination velocity
Abstract
The influence of grain size and grain-boundary recombination velocity on the short-circuit current of polycrystalline silicon solar cells is investigated theoretically. Fit between theory and experiment for the variation of short-circuit current versus grain size allow us to determine the grain-boundary recombination velocity.
