Coupled mode analysis of wavefront properties of phased array diode lasers
Abstract
A coupled mode analysis of phased array diode lasers is used to calculate the far-field wavefront properties of the array modes. It has been found that phase variation across a far-field lobe of the array is less than that of the single emitter.
