Analysis of multiple-quantum-well distributed feedback laser
Abstract
The doping and detuning dependences of the threshold, dynamic and spectral properties of multiple-quantum-well distributed feedback lasers were analyzed theoretically. It was shown that optimized detuning improves the dynamic and spectral properties. It was also shown that donor doping significantly reduces the threshold current and spectral linewidth.
