Curcumin as a Positive Resist Dye Optimized for g- and h-Line Exposure
Abstract
A new technique for analyzing planar waveguides with finite metallization thickness, based on the spectral-domain immitance approach, is presented. Fast formulation to the eigenproblem is proposed, and numerical results obtained in this way agree well with other methods.
