Dual-frequency disc antenna studied by cavity method
Abstract
A double-stub coaxial line adjustment is used to obtain a dual-frequency antenna with quasi-identifical input impedance values and very similar forms of radiation pattern at both resonant frequencies. The cavity method is adapted to evaluate the radiation pattern as well as the input impedance of the antenna. The theory predicts the behavior of the antenna well, but there is a slight frequency shift.
