A fully automatic system for measuring I-V characteristics of infrared detector arrays

This system consists of an HP-85 computer, three instruments including the 195 DMM, a 220 current source, the 705 scanner, and a multifunction measuring system developed by the author. This is a complete system which can produce automatic measurements and has the ability to treat elements with a broken connection or abnormal behavior.
