The spectroscopic investigation of AC Herculis. I. The atmosphere parameters and chemical composition.
Two spectrograms of the variable star AC Herculis for the two phases of the light curve (φ = 0p.4 and 0p.0) have been carried out in summer 1984. The parameters of the AC Herculis atmosphere Te = 5800K, lg g = 1.2, ξt = 6.3 km/s and metallicity relative to the sun [Fe/H] = -1.25 are determined by the model atmosphere method analysing the Fe I and Fe II line groups of middle and weak intensities. The chemical abundances of seven elements are determined.
