Excited-state properties of semiconductor electrodes and their application to optical energy conversion
Abstract
The luminescent properties of a variety of II-VI and III-V semiconductor electrodes have been investigated. The excited-state properties of semiconductor electrodes and their application to optical energy conversion is also discussed.
