Very long baseline interferometry at 90 GHz
Abstract
Interferometry at 90 GHz with intercontinental baselines will provide a new eye on active galactic nuclei by probing their brightness distributions on a subparsec length scale. The technical difficulties are formidable, but significant accomplishments have been achieved over the past several years. Advances of technique in the next few years will lead to new scientific results.
