Disruption angles
Abstract
This investigation was stimulated by the question, to what extent beam disruption of two penetrating SLC bunches will modify the initial angular distribution of the incident beam, and whether the tails of the outgoing beam will be significantly enhanced and will lead to increased losses in the vicinity of the detector. An attempt was made to answer this question in three steps.
