The distribution of spectral lines in the case of signal sequences generated by feedback shift registers
Abstract
Explicit mathematical formulas for the discrete power spectra in the case of delta pulses and rectangular pulses of the entire symbol length of two or four-level signals were derived. The signals were derived from binary or quaternary feedback shift registers. The quaternary shift registers were designed using the GF (2sq) algebra, and implemented by binary circuits. The influence of the type of coding on the power spectrum of the four-level signal was determined.
