A method for fabricating magnetodielectric cores
Abstract
This patent relates to a method for fabricating magnetodielectric cores based on carbonyl iron, which are used in radio-electronic equipment. The method described in this patent is distinguished by the fact that, in order to simplify the manufacturing process, a low-viscosity monomer, selected from a group containing alkylene-, oxyalkylene dimethacrylate in the amount from 3 to 6 weight %, is used as the binding reagent. Heat treatment is done at 75 to 90 C.
