Design, development and operation of a high simultaneous capacity digital telemetry system
Abstract
A digital telemetry system for measuring pressures in interblade passages on large fan engines and model fan rigs was developed. The telemetry system incorporates on-rotor digitization and hybrid circuit techniques for temperature measurement in time division multiplexed systems and interblade shock patterns, respectively. The system proves to be satisfactory for dc and low frequency investigation.
