Photometry and radial velocities of 27 southern galactic Cepheids.

Some 950 radial velocities and about 1100 UBV(RI)_c photometric measures of 27 Galactic Cepheids with R 9d are presented. Pulsation periods are redetermined and light and color curves are produced by aligning the older photometry with new data using suitable zero-point adjustments. The new radial velocities prove to be of a much higher quality than the rather limited amount of similar data available from the literature, and so only the new data have been used in the production of the velocity curves. Parametric representations of these curves are presented in preparation for analysis in a future paper.
