Algorithm and program for the quasi-static analysis of CCD networks
Abstract
An approach to developing an algorithm and program for the computer-aided analysis of the quasi-static state of CCD and MOS-transistor networks is described. The approach is characterized by the development of an algorithm for obtaining the equation of state which makes possible the automatic division of arbitrarily numbered inner elements into current-type, charge recovered, and charge unrecovered. The program and algorithm make it possible to calculate the quasi-static levels of voltage, currents, and charges without taking into account photogeneration and the time lag of charge-transfer processes in the CCD.
