Algorithm and program for the quasistatic analysis of CCD networks
Abstract
An approach to developing an algorithm and program for the computeraided analysis of the quasistatic state of CCD and MOStransistor networks is described. The approach is characterized by the development of an algorithm for obtaining the equation of state which makes possible the automatic division of arbitrarily numbered inner elements into currenttype, charge recovered, and charge unrecovered. The program and algorithm make it possible to calculate the quasistatic levels of voltage, currents, and charges without taking into account photogeneration and the time lag of chargetransfer processes in the CCD.
