Synchronization of FET oscillators
Abstract
The possibility of using FETs with two Schottky barriers in microwave oscillators with external synchronization is examined. Synchronization at a fundamental frequency of 7 GHz is studied experimentally along with regimes of synchronization via subharmonics for input signal/oscillation frequency ratios of 1:2 and 1:3.
