Frequency conversion in resonance systems with distributed interaction
Abstract
The paper examines the problem of frequency mixing in resonance systems with distributed interaction between the electron beam and the slow-wave field excited in a high-Q resonator. Particular attention is given to the case of down-conversion, which is of interest in connection with the development of millimeter-wave receivers.
