Criteria for the selection of thermally stable directions of SAW propagation
Abstract
Results of calculations and experiments are presented for SAW devices with turned Y-cut quartz. It is shown that the thermal stability in relation to delay time for SAW propagation directions in the case of pronounced crystal anisotropy is 4-6 times greater than in the case of ST-cut quartz.
