Nonsinusoidal regimes of an oscillator based on a multifrequency SAW resonator
Abstract
The features characterizing the nonsinusoidal regimes of an oscillator based on a multifrequency SAW resonator during external modulation of its parameters are investigated, and the transient processes are examined. A technique for switching the single-frequency regime from one frequency to another is described which consists in the short-duration modulation of the oscillator parameters. These regimes were simulated via computer; and the generation of a phase-modulated signal by the load modulation of one of the electroacoustic transducers was investigated experimentally.
