Determination of the coordinates of local inhomogeneities on the surface of an object according to the amplitude-phase pattern of backscattering
Abstract
The inverse diffraction problem is considered for local inhomogeneities rigidly affixed to the surface of an object. An analysis is made of an approximate method of solution based on the simultaneous processing of a set of one-dimensional portraits obtained using the synthetic-aperture method. The accuracy of the proposed method is evaluated.
