Modeling of symmetric Tmodes in multiconductor microstrip lines
Abstract
An algorithm is proposed for developing a mathematical model for Tmodes in screened multiconductor microstrip transmission lines. The RiemannHilbert method is applied to the functional equations of the problem, which makes it possible to represent the solution as infinite systems of linear algebraic equations of the second kind, solvable by the reduction method. The proposed algorithm makes it possible to determine the spatial field distribution for arbitrary quasiTmodes and to obtain sufficiently small values of wave impedance, which leads to the easy matching of the microstrip lines with semiconductor components of microwave devices.
