Certain questions pertaining to the universalization of control systems for the strength testing of structures
Abstract
The need for the increased versatility of equipment for the strength testing of real structures is demonstrated. Universalization techniques based on the use of test load generation systems capable of operating in several modes (e.g., forced, self-oscillatory, and mixed) are examined. The construction of test stands from standard modules and blocks is discussed.
