Noise immunity and efficiency of data transmission systems
Abstract
Methods for improving the noise immunity and efficiency of data transmission systems with different modulation and coding techniques are considered; optimization is carried out according to information indices. Particular consideration is given to the optimization of channels in systems with noise-immune coding, the transmission efficiency of digital signals in channels with a limited frequency band; quasi-optimal reception of digital messages in channels with distortion or with lumped noise; and methods for reducing redundancy in data transmission systems.
