Analog semiconductor microwave integrated circuits
Abstract
The work examines aspects of the design and fabrication of analog semiconducor microwave integrated circuits, such as Schottky-barrier FET microcircuits, linear microwave amplifiers, oscillators, and mixers. Active and passive circuit elements are described in detail along with the equivalent circuits and analysis methods. Applications of such devices are discussed (e.g., in TV receiving stations and phased-array systems), and fabrication techniques are examined in detail.
