Electric machines in automatic systems (2nd revised and enlarged edition)
Abstract
The theory, the principle of operation, and the design of electric micromachines used in automatic systems and instruments are presented. In particular, attention is given to the theory and analysis of two-phase machines; general-purpose low-power electric motors; specialized micromotors for automatic systems and instrumentation, including tachogenerators, selsyns, rotating transformers, stepping motors, and controlled motors; electric motors for gyroscopic instruments; and evaluation of the reliability of electric machines.
