Phase distribution in the HfO ₂Er ₂O ₃Ta ₂O ₅ system

Phase relationships obtained by heating coprecipitated oxide powders in the HfO ₂Er ₂O ₃Ta ₂O ₅ system were investigated by X-ray diffractometry. Partial isothermal sections at 1100 and 1500°C are presented.
