A SPICE model for multiple coupled microstrips and other transmission lines
Abstract
A general multiple coupled line model compatible with standard CAD progams, such as SPICE, is presented. It is shown that the model can be used to help analyze the design coupled line (e.g., microstrip) circuits with linear, as well as nonlinear/time varying terminations, and to help study the pulse propagation characteristics in high-speed digital circuits.
