MHB4046 phase-lock circuit

The MHB4046 integrated circuit is a phase lock circuit equivalent to foreign circuits with the same number designation. The main characteristics and applications, particularly in connection with a phase comparator are described. The MBH4046 circuit contains a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), two phase comparators, an emitter follower, a circuit for automatic creation of an offset with capacitive connection of the signal, and an independent zener diode with a power supply requirement of about 7V.
