Microcomputer controlled automatic peak locking of laser circuit
Abstract
When an iodine stable He-Ne laser is working, the laser beam must be correctly locked onto one of ten spectral lines. This is currently done manually and it is very inconvenient. A method using a TP801 single board computer controlled laser frequency stabilizer for automatic peak locking and an outline of the computer logic is reviewed. This method can be used for automatic peak locking of other multiple spectral lines.
