Microprocessor controlled storage sampling oscilloscope
Abstract
The development of microprocessors in China to update electronic instruments and to improve the functions, accuracy and reliability of electronic instruments is discussed. A microprocessor was added to the oscilloscope and developed the CSQ-8001 intelligent instrument. Problems of how to apply a microprocessor to an oscilloscope were resolved in this instrument and its functions were carried out through software: measuring, digitizing the display and the data processing necessary for imaging processes. Peripheral equipment is added to improve the use of the main computer. The preprogramming functions method is used in the control of CSQ-8001; handbook operation expanded functional flexibility; digital automatic synchronous circuits are stable and reliable; the sampling technology covers a very broad passband (800 MC). The range of application of this oscilloscope is broad, it is reliable and easy to duplicate.
